This is a small business set-aside solicitation for 14 brand-name-only Waterloo Health Isolation Carts and 14 compatible IV pole accessories, to be delivered to the White River Junction VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. The equipment must be new, not refurbished, and includes installation, on-station training, user/service manuals, and at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty. On-site assembly and installation must occur on Saturdays or Sundays (excluding federal holidays) between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM ET, with after-hours installation possible for high-risk clinical areas. Award will be based on the lowest price among capable small business distributors who are actively registered in SAM and meet the stated requirements. Vendors must provide unit and total pricing, shipping, warranty terms, delivery lead time, discount terms, and confirmation of SAM registration with their quotation.
