The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified small business sources to provide licensed clinical therapy services for a randomized clinical trial of MDMA-assisted therapy in military veterans with PTSD and Alcohol Use Disorder at the VA Providence Healthcare System in Providence, RI. This is a non-personal services, Labor Hour IDIQ contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years, performed on-site. Contractors would serve as co-therapists, providing approximately 64.5 hours per participant including preparatory sessions, 8-hour medication sessions, integration, and supervision. Interested sources must hold independent clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LICSW, Psychologist) and formal MAPS-recognized training in MDMA-assisted therapy, with experience treating trauma and co-occurring substance use disorders in Veterans.
