The contractor will provide qualified technical personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and a proprietary cloud-based interoperable platform to set up, acquire, complete, upload, and support ambulatory electroencephalogram (aEEG) studies. Services will be performed in Veterans' homes or other Government-approved locations as ordered by authorized providers. Neurologist professional services for study reads will be provided by NTEEG-EP clinicians, so the contractor shall not provide neurologists for reads. All contracted services must comply with the PWS, the medical order, VA privacy and security requirements, federal records management requirements, and applicable clinical and technical standards.
