The VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH (718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104) is seeking a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a turnkey, firm-fixed-price interior wayfinding signage project covering design, fabrication, removal of existing signs, and installation throughout the main hospital building (approximately 290,000 SF, 7 stories, 3 main entrances). The scope includes roughly 232 signs across five categories (sub-directories/directional, stair identification, overhead department, overhead restroom, and waiting room/exit directional) plus programming services, with pricing per sign type and no separate part or finish cost breakouts. Signage must be ADA-compliant, meet VA PG-18-10 and Technical Information Library standards, and be brand-name-or-equal to a VA-approved basis-of-design system with field-replaceable inserts. Performance must be completed no later than 24 weeks following contract award, with phased design submittals (25%, 50%, and 100% drawings) requiring VA approval before production and installation may begin, scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Deliverables include concept designs and 3D renderings, physical material samples, a detailed installation plan with crew certifications, and a 5-year warranty on materials and installation.
