The scope includes roughly 232 signs across five categories (sub-directories/directional, stair identification, overhead department, overhead restroom, and waiting room/exit directional) plus programming services, with pricing per sign type and no separate part or finish cost breakouts. Signage must be ADA-compliant, meet VA PG-18-10 and Technical Information Library standards, and be brand-name-or-equal to a VA-approved basis-of-design system with field-replaceable inserts.
