The contractor must provide all labor and materials to replace the existing Sanyo split units with equal or similar units, with a period of performance of 30 days after award and notice to proceed. The place of performance is the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven VA Medical Center, located at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven. Bidders must have a field service representative within 100 miles of the West Haven campus and a minimum of three years of related HVAC experience. Award will be made based on best value, considering price, past performance, and technical capability.
