The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to release a Request for Offer for Ambulatory Electroencephalogram (aEEG) Technical Services, which will be performed in Veterans' homes or other government-approved locations. The contractor will provide qualified personnel, equipment, and a cloud-based platform to set up, acquire, and upload aEEG studies, with studies primarily being 48-hour or 72-hour recordings, with or without video. The period of performance includes a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. Services will be performed within a 200-mile radius of five designated VA Medical Centers in Northport, NY; Baltimore, MD; Gainesville, FL; Detroit, MI; and Saginaw, MI. The tentative timeline includes the RFO release at the end of May 2026, with offers due at the end of June 2026.
