The contract will be a firm-fixed price with five one-year option periods, with the base period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for parking, securing keys, and directing vehicles for veteran patients and visitors, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
