The performance location is a single-floor apartment unit (approximately 1,100-1,200 sq. ft.) with five peripheral devices, located one apartment away from the main panel. The government will not absorb costs beyond the 10 hours allocated for troubleshooting, but the contractor is not expected to cover indefinite repairs. The contractor is only required to warrant equipment they replace, install, or reuse, not the entire existing system. Post-installation support includes a one-hour exit brief, with additional support handled via contract modification.
