This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to retrofit and upgrade four Natus Medical Inc. EEG acquisition systems with associated hardware and software. The primary work of upgrading the systems will take place at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Madison, WI, with two systems to be installed at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center in New York and the final destination for the other two to be determined. The required deliverables include four complete systems, each consisting of an EEG cart, desktop, camera, UPS, monitor, and specific software licenses, along with installation and training services. Quotations must be submitted via email by 7 AM EST on April 27, 2026. The evaluation will be based on price and the terms and conditions in the solicitation must be accepted or explicitly noted with exceptions.
