This is a 5-year contract for comprehensive environmental testing, incubation, and certification of primary engineering controls and sterile clean rooms at all VISN 1 pharmacy locations. The work must be performed by a CETA CNBT-certified company at all Department of Veterans Affairs facilities within VISN 1. The scope includes semi-annual room and hood certifications, quarterly and monthly environmental sampling, personnel competency testing, and hazardous drug residue wipe sampling, all in strict compliance with USP 797/800 and other cited standards. Performance must begin 15 calendar days from the date of award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541380.
