The contractor must provide a complete turnkey solution, including all equipment, infrastructure, and ongoing 24/7 support for a five-year period. Services will be performed at all VISN 1 medical centers, including locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut. The required solution must replace an existing fleet and support the autonomous delivery of medications, specimens, and supplies. The government is currently conducting market research to identify capable sources for this potential requirement.
