The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential vendors for VOAP Services for the VA CT Healthcare System in Connecticut. This is a Sources Sought notice for an upcoming RFQ, not an active solicitation. Interested vendors must register in the SAM.gov system and, to qualify, must be registered in the SAM and VetCert databases and complete Form 10091 for vendorization. The determination to proceed with a competitive procurement is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
