Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) set aside for small businesses to provide Annual Fuel Maintenance services for five fuel tanks at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. The period of performance is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years. The services include filtration, decontamination, monitoring, and lab sampling for the tanks located across the campus. Vendors and their personnel must comply with strict VA facility access, security, vaccination, and safety protocols. Award will be made to the responsible vendor with a technically acceptable quotation and the lowest evaluated price.
