Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract to provide, install, and lease above-ground fuel storage tanks at the Newington VA Medical Center in Connecticut.
