This is a Sources Sought notice seeking information from contractors capable of providing 24/7 maintenance and repair for a Multitone Access 3000/5000 paging system and its compatible pagers. The contractor must be an authorized Multitone distributor and provide certified technicians who can respond on-site within two hours for mission-critical emergencies. Services will be performed at the West Haven VA Medical Center in Connecticut, the Newington VA Clinic in Connecticut, and the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Massachusetts. This is a request for information only, and no contract award will result from this notice. Interested parties must email a capability statement by March 13, 2026.
