The due date for quote submissions has been extended to March 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit to better understand the project requirements and scope of work. All other original terms and conditions of the solicitation remain in effect.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set aside for SDVOSBs for UPS replacement, revitalization, and preventive maintenance services at the Bedford VA Medical Center in Bedford, MA. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The scope includes replacing two 16 KVA UPS units in Building 61, revitalizing a UPS in Building 3, and providing semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance visits for both locations.
