This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set aside for SDVOSBs for UPS replacement, revitalization, and preventive maintenance services at the Bedford VA Medical Center in Bedford, MA. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The scope includes replacing two 16 KVA UPS units in Building 61, revitalizing a UPS in Building 3, and providing semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance visits for both locations. The contractor must also provide 24-hour emergency support and a separate line item with a $20,000 cost allocation for parts, repairs, and batteries.
