Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to provide annual backflow device inspection and repair services. The work will be performed at the White River Junction VA Medical Center located at 163 Veterans Drive, White River Junction, VT. The contract has a base period plus four one-year option periods, with a not-to-exceed contingency budget of $15,000 per year for repairs and replacements. The period of performance requires inspections to be completed within four months of contract award.
