Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a solicitation to add new, specific medical supply items to an existing VA program, and it does not affect any current contracts or products. Quotes are only accepted for the exact brand-name items listed on the provided quote sheet; no substitutions, alternates, or related product family items will be considered. Both OEMs and their authorized distributors may submit quotes, and all businesses may participate, though there is a tiered evaluation process. Authorized Distributor Letters must originate from and be signed by the OEM. Several specific index numbers on the quote sheet are identified for removal, and bidders are instructed to leave those lines blank.
