The VA Medical Center Maine Healthcare System, Togus Campus has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide construction services. The contractor will be expected to install a new code-compliant HVAC system, construct a new Clean Linen room, and perform security upgrades to the Laundry Building, Building 212, at the VAMC Maine, Togus Campus. All work will be in accordance with the statement of work, drawings, specifications, and all applicable contracting documents.
