Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 VA Connecticut Healthcare System Single Award Task Orde Contract (SATOC) for West Haven and Newington CT Campuses. Procurement Number: 36C24125R0035 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming SDVOSB set-aside competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. A request for proposals will be posted on or about December 19, 2024. The Department of Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for on-going facilities construction, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures, and other real property. The intent of the project is to award a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity construction contract. The types of work to be performed will be property maintenance, repair, and construction work. Please review the attached SOW for additional information and requirements. All contract work will be completed through individual task orders awarded for individual projects. Task order will be priced individually, firm-fixed price, and will include wage determination. The task orders will be ordered against the SATOC. The term of the IDIQ SATOC will be a 5-year base period. Each task order will have its own completion date established. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal under FAR Parts 15 and 36. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
