A Request for Proposal will be posted on or about December 18, 2024. The 631-25-001 Building 1 Lightning Protection will be at the Edward P Boland Medical Center campus in Leeds, MA. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System Building 1 lightning protection as required by drawings and specifications. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 and the size standard is $19.0 Million. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million under FAR 28.101-2 (b).
