ORIGINAL RFQ: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center (NCO 01), 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the procurement, delivery, and unpacking of Vaccine Refrigerators. The VA seeks to obtain Eight (8) Vaccine Refrigerators for Medical Room use; and Three (3) Vaccine Refrigerators for Pharmacy use. No installation required, only delivery and unpackaging of the units at the VAMC Leeds, MA 01053. Vaccine Refrigerators are needed to preserve quality and effectiveness of vaccines and testing samples. Refer to CLINs 0001 and 0002 within the attached RFQ for details.
