This is a Sources Sought notice only. This is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Source Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. If a solicitation is requested, it will be issued via a separate announcement. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement separately. Responses to this notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 541370 (Surveying and Mapping). The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1), is seeking to identify vendors capable of providing a land survey to the Providence VA Medical Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This Sources Sought notice provides an opportunity for respondents to submit a statement of capability and availability to perform the requirements in accordance with the SOW. The information received will be used by the Government to finalize its acquisition strategy. Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by July 24, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to Mauricio.Diaz@va.gov with 36C24125Q0657 in the subject line. No feedback will be provided in response to submissions. Interested parties should complete the attached Sources Sought Worksheet. Responses to this Sources Sought shall not exceed 4 pages. Information may be submitted in a format determined by the contractor, if it contains all requested information outlined in the worksheet. Regardless of format, all submissions should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
