Performance will be for a period of five (5) years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision necessary to perform this service in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement for all VISN 1 locations; as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Quotes must be submitted by Friday October 31ST, 2025 @3:00PM EST. Questions (if any) will need to be submitted by Friday, October 24th, 2025 @ 3:00PM EST.
