The VA Boston Healthcare System is seeking a vendor to provide full-service maintenance services which includes all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transporation, and parts (with the exclusions noted below in the PWS) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance on the equipment listed in the PWS. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. The vendor must have proven access to manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals and schematics needed to perform the service.
