This solicitation is solicited as 100% Service Disabled Small Business Set -Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513199 with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.00. The FSC/PSC is 7610. Network Contract Office 1, Procurement Office East on behalf of The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Brand Name EBSCO - Dynamed products (see attached Single Source Justfication). No substitutions allowed. All quotes shall include documentation of authorized reseller vendor status if other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The following are the decision factors: price, past performance, delivery timeframe, item availability The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government.
