STATEMENT OF WORK: GENERAL REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this requirement is to replace the defective acquisition module of one of the ultrasound device located in Jamaica plain campus for radiology department. The acquisition module is the main part of ultrasound devices that is used to acquire ultrasonic signals, control of transmitting signals and communicating with the PC. It’s considered as the brain of the ultrasound devices. DELIVERABLES: Replace the acquisition module. Complete the replacement in a timely manner as to not disrupt the flow of patient care beyond necessary limits. Provide documentation to Clinical Engineering upon completion of the exchange service. SERVICE LOCATION: Part will be delivered to Clinical Engineering Department at 150 S Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130
