S... Provide and install multiple non-penetrating guardrail system(s) which provides roof workplace fall protection that are OSHA compliant. In addition, an OSHA compliant safety ladder is also required. Services shall include providing Site walkdowns and layout drawings. Purchasing material and installation, including all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, fabrication, tools, equipment and permits necessary to construct and install. The purpose of the roof guardrail systems and safety ladder are to allow for safe access to roof equipment. The work is located on the Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) campus, 830 Chalkstone Ave, Providence, RI 02908. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to answer all submitted RFI questions. Within this Amendment is also an extension to the bid submission and opening date.
