The Bedford VAMC Campus, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price Construction contract that requires a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under this Construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including technical specifications and drawings,and the attached SOW. The general scope of the requirement is to update the current WiFi within the medical center IAW the Statement of Work. This magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and the contract is subject to Wage Rate Requirements. (formerly Davis Bacon Act.) Bidders must be VERIFIED by the SBA's VetCert Database at the time of submission of bid and at time of award. Failure to be both VERIFIED by VETCERT and VISIBLE in the database prior to contract award will result in the bidder being ineligible for award. A public bid opening will be held on December 18th 2024 at 11:00AM EST. Bids will be public read aloud on the data and time specified in this solicitation.
