The purpose for this amendment is to incorporate questions and answers to Requests for Information submitted. Question 1 What is the anticipated timeline for project milestones, including award and completion? Answer 1 Please provide background reasoning on question. This project is high priority and will be expected to have an expedited schedule. Question 2 Are there any specific site access or logistical considerations we should prepare for? Answer 2 Please be prepared to conduct site investigation work. We have limited information available regarding existing site utilities. Question 3 Are there any sustainability or energy efficiency goals for this project? Answer 3 No, there are no sustainability or energy efficiency goals for this project. Question 4 Is the water meter intended to be installed for just the 2" domestic water line to the site? Answer 4 AE to determine if meter is required. Question 5 Who is the manufacturer of the Fire Alarm systems being used at this site? Answer 5 Mircom Question 6 Could VA please confirm that the proposal must include contractor support to complete a National Environmental Policy Act-compliant environmental assessment for the project? If yes, could VA also clarify exactly what the NEPA environmental analysis is to analyze? For example, is the focus of the NEPA analysis to be the construction and operation of utility lines? Or is the focus of the analysis to be the potential impacts from constructing and operating the proposed Fisher House based on a typical Fisher House conceptual design? Reference to NEPA is at the top of page 2 and in Item 8 Environmental Protection on page 4.
