Purpose The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are sufficient Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and/or Small Businesses to warrant a 100% set-aside for such socio-economic concerns. This notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the requirements described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. The Contractor shall provide Construction services to provide a solution to repair the cracks in the concrete floor, finish the concrete flooring and seal the floor penetrations to stop all leaking from the 4th floor Mechanical room in building 207.
