402-24-005 Renovate B200E Ground Floor Main Restrooms VA Medical Center Togus, Maine Procurement Number: 36C24124R0011 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. A Request for Proposal (RFP on or about October 31, 2023. The Togus VA Medical Center, Augusta, Maine has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. This project requires a contractor to provide all labor, selective demolition, equipment, material, supervision, and disposal required for project 402-24-005 Renovate B200E Ground Floor Main Restrooms. The contractor shall perform all demolition, insulation, drywall, paint, tile installation and toilet partitions for restrooms C1 and C4 located on the ground floor of building 200E. Period of Performance is 183 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238330 and the size standard is $19 Million. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal under FAR Part 15. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
