The VA Providence Healthcare System (VAPHS), 830 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, RI 02908, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, for Design-Build Services to construct and install two maintenance platforms with stairs and one additional access stair that leads to an existing platform for the Building 9 Chiller Units, located at the VAPHS. Construction services include design, fabrication and installation, including all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to construct and install two maintenance platforms with stairs and one additional access stair to existing platform for the Building 9 Chiller Units. The purpose of the platforms is to allow access to the compressor sections of the Chiller units and the additional stairs is to allow access to existing platform. The Chiller Units are Northeast of building 9 across Air Force Drive, located on the VA Providence Healthcare System (VAPHS) campus, 830 Chalkstone Ave, Providence, RI 02908.
