The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:  DARTMOUTH COLLEGE 7 LEBANON ST HANOVER, NH 03755 UEI: EB8ASJBCFER9  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services from Dartmouth College for the VAMC White River Junction. The contractor will provide the required personnel and equipment to cover the needs of this work.
