The VA Boston Healtcare System has a requirement for Underground & Above Ground Storage Tank Inspection and Testing Services for three facilities (West Roxbury, Brockton, and Jamaica Plain). The Contrator shall provide tank inspection/testing servies for the listed inventory within the Statement of Work (SOW) - see attached. The Contractor hsall submit state and local permit applications with associated fees on behalf of the VABHS to required state/locaal regulators. These includes abovegound tansk (AST) user permits, inspections and permits to maintain exising undergound storage tanks. All third-party inspectors shall be registered and certified through the MassDEP UST program.
