The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:  Willing Hands Enterprises 198 CHURCH ST NORWICH, VT 05055-94 UEI: RNMYYDZ8X4F9  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source Community Shared Agriculture shares from Willing Hands Enterprises for the VAMC White River Junction. The contractor will provide the required shares and delivery of shares. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1, is seeking sources for 150 CSA Shares to be delivered to the WRJ VAMC and the different CBOC S throughout VT during a 16 week period starting in June 2024. 2. The intended period of performance of the contract will be for a base year and two one-year options. The area/location for the CSA Shares will be in the State of Vermont. 3. The VA is interested in potential sources that can provide the appropriate level of CSA Shares to the beneficiaries of the above mentioned VISN 1 Medical Station. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with amount of shares they can provide also they will need to be willing to deliver to multiple locations for this requirement. 4. This is a source sought announcement ONLY and is NOT a request for proposals or quotes.
