This is NOT a solicitation document. The VA Providence Rhode Island, has an upcoming requirement for Elevator Commissioning Services. These commissioning services are needed to perform Elevator Commissioning Services for an upcoming project titled "Elevator Upgrades and Modernization" which consists of nine (9) elevators numbered P2, P3, P4, P7, P8, S1, S5, and S6 (5 passenger and 3 service) located in the main hospital Building 1 and one (1) elevator numbered P11 located in Building 35 (1 passenger). It is the intent of the VAPHS-FMS to obtain commissioning services for the design, construction, and warranty phases of this project. Refer to attached Statement of Work.
