This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Fellow Health, 1933 Davis St., Suite 263, San Leandro, CA 94577 UIE: NYJGP22H15Z1. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain fertility services for clinical testing for both semen analysis for non-vasectomy and post vasectomy. Fellows Health provides both semen analysis, and post vasectomy testing. In addition, Fellow provides mail-in at home collection kits with a 52-hour stability, temperature monitoring in each mail-in collection kit, electronic patient reminders of when and how to perform the test. There online portal access is provided for both providers and patients and repeat testing for post vasectomy semen analysis until the patient has successfully cleared testing following the vasectomy. POP: 2/1/24-1/31/29 and FOB destination. Fellow Health is the only contractor that can provide both semen analysis and post vasectomy testing. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The NAICS is 621511. The size standard is $41.5M. The PSC/FSC is Q301. Place of Performance VISN1 VAMC's. This procurement is subject to prohibitions in VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and in 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
