Page 1 of 1 523A5-24-010 Expansion Joint Corrections VA Medical Center Brockton, MA Procurement Number: 36C24124B0053 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. An invitation for bids will be posted on or about October 9, 2024. The VA Brockton Campus requires a contractor to provide construction services for the 523A5-24-010 Expansion Joint Corrections project. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and plans to remove the existing expansion joints in the tunnel and install new epoxy expansion joints and complete flooring at the identified locations. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
