Boiler and Chiller Plant Temp Connections for the VA medical Center New haven, CT Procurement Number: 36C24124B0048 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. An Invitation for Bids will be posted on or about June 25th, 2024. The VA Medical Center at West Haven, CT, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price construction contract that requires a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under this construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Technical Specifications and Drawings, and attached Statement of Work. The general scope of the requirement is to complete the first phase of the TF Replace Boiler Plant and Chiller Plant project at the Newington campus and install a temporary connection for an on-call boiler. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million.
