An invitation for bids will be posted on or about December 8, 2023. The VA Medical Center Brockton, MA has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide all professional construction services necessary to perform the demolition of existing roofs and installation of new roofs on Buildings 4 and 22 in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. The period of performance is 273 calendar days from the issuance of the notice-to-proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 and the size standard is $19 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14.
