Chiller Replacement for the VA medical Center at Manchester, NH Procurement Number: 36C24124B0019 This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. An invitation for bids will be posted on or about December 06, 2023. The VA medical Center at Manchester, NH, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price construction contract that requires a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under this construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Technical Specifications and Drawing, and attached SOW. The general scope of the requirement is to replace a new chilled water system for the VA Medical center in Manchester. Currently there is 200 Tons of total chilled water capacity installed. The current system is installed on the roof of the 6th floor. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14 This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
