The VAMC Providence intends to procure construction services to repair and repoint buildings at the Harwood Research Center. These buildings include both the main building of the Harwood Research Center (all four elevations approximately 10,700sqft of brick surface area), and the Research Center Maintenance Warehouse (all four elevations approximately 4,400sqft of brick surface area). Each building requiring the following activities: area preparation, staging, washing, sealing, replacing broken bricks, repointing brickwork, remove/reset gutters, tending to joint mortar, and tuck flashing. The work shall include, but not limited to, all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to provide for the fulfillment of the requirements within this SOW.
