A Request for Proposal will be posted on or about September 26, 2023. The Replace Roof will be at building #7 on the Edward P Boland Medical Center campus in Leeds, MA. The project will consist of: replacement of roof, snow guards, abatement of lead and asbestos, rafters, framing, gutters, downspouts, eaves, fascia, vents, flashing, beams, ridge caps, vent pipes, underlayment, and other roofing components and repair, etc. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 and the size standard is $19 Million. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million under FAR 28.101-2 (b).
