A request for proposal will be posted on or about July 14, 2023. The VA Central Western Massachusetts (CWM) requires a contractor to provide professional services to carry out construction requirements of the Correct SPS project located in Leeds, MA. This project includes preparing the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing equipment, and furnishing labor and materials and performing work for correcting deficiencies for the as required by drawings and Statement of Work. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under FAR Part 15. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million.
