The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase ADMET eXpert 4200 Micro Test System with MTESTQuattro located at the VAMC Bedford. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.
