The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement to acquire equipment necessary for Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) labeling. The machine will be used to streamline and properly label ALL valves in the steam, water, fuel air and oxygen areas of both Newton and West Haven campuses. This is crucial to proper LOTO for all employees to follow a procedure to lock-out any piece of equipment. The Labeler will ensure we have the right system and right valve when isolating a particular area or piece of equipment. Facilities Management request the purchase of (3) printers and accessories (cable, battery, and cartridge/ribbons) for both West Haven and Newington Campuses.
