The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a 12 month base and (4) annual option years with Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA), Wallingford, CT 06492 to provide membership for the VA Connecticut Healthcare System. Due to the affiliate relationship with VA Connecticut as well as their specialized expertise in this area, CHA is the only vendor that can provide membership to this organization. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 813910 with a $13.5 MIL size standard. The PSC is U005. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
