The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for Veteran outreach booth with New Hampshire Motor Speedway, 1122 Route 105 North, Loudon, NH 03307, for Veterans Health Administration Providence Public Affairs Office. The applicable NAICS code is 711310. The PSC is R701. This is for a Veteran outreach booth located at the Speedway during the NASCAR race each July. This Award will be for a Base year and four (4) options with an estimated annual cost of $17,800.00. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Fleming, Email: Jeffrey.Fleming@va.gov Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide the resources and services necessary to create a VA New England Healthcare Footprint to conduct outreach operations for the purposes of educating and enrolling veterans in the VA New England Healthcare System. The space provided will be equipped with electricity in order to use laptop computers and MIFI devices. Performance Period: The contractor shall deliver services between the dates of July 14, 2023, through July 16, 2023 Base year, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. Base year: July 14- 16 2023 Option year 1: July 2024 Option year 2: July 2025 Option year 3: July 2026 Option year 4: July 2027 Description of Tasks: The contractor shall provide the specific deliverables described below. 20x20 fan zone space to conduct outreach operations. Space will include electrical outlets in order to support online enrollment. VA Health Care Outreach team will provide the tables, chairs, tents, power cords and all other equipment necessary to prepare the area for outreach operations. VISN1 outreach team will man the tented area to conduct outreach during NASCAR week at NH Motor Speedway. 1 cargo golf cart to be used around property to extend outreach efforts Signage in NHMS bath shower house, inside each bathroom stall. VISN 1 outreach team will design and develop signage to be posted in the bathroom. Signage will be posted during NASCAR week at NH Motor Speedway
