Visit 1 - Kick-off meeting / initial site survey Mid-June 2023 Visit 2 Second site survey between DD and CD submittals to validate proposed sign locations and gather any other needed info Visit 3 Installation kick-off/installation (installation may require multiple trips) Visit 4 Post-installation punch survey Visit 5 Punch execution Are these the deliverable milestones? Yes. Exact time frames of deliverables can be discussed and agreed upon in the kick-off meeting to meet a March install Schematic Design (SD) 1st SD Submission presenting a few rough draft concepts due June 30th (VA returns comments on July 14th) 2nd SD Submission due August 4st (VA returns comments on August 21st) 3rd SD submission (if needed) Time frame to be determined. Design Development (DD) Construction Document (CD) Product Fabrication Installation March 2024 Punch list April 2024 Punch install May 2024 What are the deliverable requirements for each submittal? For example, does the VA want electronic documents for each submittal, or are hard copies and electronic copies to be provided?
